After Effects: Gun Violence Survivors speak is a dramatic monologue play that is based on oral history interviews from people who have been affected by gun violence. The storytellers are victims, families, friends, bystanders; as well as persons in law enforcement and the medical community who were willing to share their unique stories which were transformed into poetic monologues to be performed by local actors at Barking Legs Theater.
